SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days.

2. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 4–5 working days
• Other Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, political situations, strikes, or courier workload.

Once the order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: Rs. 250
• Free delivery applies only when officially announced.

4. Order Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call.
• Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.

5. Wrong Address / Missing Information

ÈLURA DE LUXE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if the customer provides:

• Wrong address
• Incomplete address
• Incorrect phone number

Such orders may be cancelled or returned by the courier.

6. Damaged / Missing Products

Customers must report any issue within 12 hours of receiving the parcel. Valid proof is required:

• Clear photos
• Unboxing video
• Order number

If approved, a replacement will be provided.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
